The State’s Attorney’s Office is located at the Frederick County Courthouse, 100 W. Patrick Street, Frederick, MD 21701.
- The Circuit Court Division is located on the second floor of the Courthouse.
- The District Court Division and Child Support Division are located on the first floor, and the Juvenile Division is located in the Annex Building. The entrance for these divisions is located to the right side of the Courthouse main entrance
