MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA MAN HELD WITHOUT BOND IN THE FREDERICK COUNTY ADULT DETENTION CENTER

 

Frederick, MD – Today, in the Frederick County District Court, The Honorable Judge Eric Schaffer ordered 34-year-old David Phillip Turner to be held without bond in the Frederick County Adult Detention, following Turner’s extradition from Florida to Maryland, in connection with a double murder in New Market, Maryland.   The Defendant, who waived his bond review hearing, was arrested in Florida and extradited to Maryland this week on a Governor’s warrant through the collaborative efforts of the Frederick County State’s Attorney’s Office and the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office.
