Frederick County Celebrates Our First Veterans’ Treatment Court Graduation!

Frederick County Celebrates Our First Veterans’ Treatment Court Graduation!

Today, inside the Frederick County Courthouse, we proudly honored the very first graduates of our Veterans’ Treatment Court. This milestone reflects months of hard work, accountability, and dedication by veterans committed to rebuilding their lives.

We extend our deepest gratitude to these veterans for their service to our community and our country. Their courage—both in uniform and throughout this program—continues to inspire us.

The Veterans’ Treatment Court supports eligible non‑violent offenders who have served in the military and are working to overcome challenges such as trauma, mental health needs, or substance use disorders. Through treatment, mentorship, and structured support, participants gain the tools to stabilize their lives and move forward with strength and purpose.

Today’s graduation is more than a ceremony — it’s a celebration of resilience, recovery, and the power of community.

Thank you, Veterans, for your service and your perseverance. Frederick County is proud of you.
